Christine is a Stroke Survivor. In April, 2017 she experienced a bleed in her brain that significantly impacted her life, and still does. She decided that she wanted to share her experience and thus the podcast 7JarsofHotPickledPeppers began. This form of media allows Christine to interview guests who have specific knowledge about stroke recovery. Christine's aim is to help other's affected by Stroke by sharing personal experiences and information from professionals with hands on experience in the field. |

As Christine's husband, Ken has been alongside her every step of the way throughout her recovery. Like Christine, his life was significantly impacted and he shares her goal of helping others affected by a stroke. Ken knows from personal experience what it means and takes to be a caregiver and believes that understanding what patients/caregivers are going through can reduce anxiety and improve mental wellness and support recovery. |

They talk about the services that they offer to Stroke Survivors which includes the ESD program where staff come to the survivors residence to provide therapy rather than having the survivor come into the Hospital.
